• Systems engineered to reduce lighting, power, and HVAC usage during setups, de-rigs, and when rooms are vacant.

• A strict enforcement of a “no idling” policy in loading bays of event venues, accompanied by clear signage to remind drivers to turn off their engines.

• To uphold our sustainability standards, we verify that all venues are equipped with electric hand dryers in public washrooms to eliminate the need for paper towels.



• Collaborating with venues that utilize energy from renewable sources.
