Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register for or attend the Event.

Registration and Payment

• Registration Process: To attend the Event, you must complete the online registration form and pay the applicable fees.
• Payment Terms: All fees are payable in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable. Payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Confirmation: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Attendee Cancellations:
• Cancellations received in writing by March 31, 2025, are eligible for a 75% refund.
• Cancellations received between April 1 and May 31, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 31, 2025.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled or postponed, we will offer a full refund or transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.

Substitutions

• Attendee substitutions are permitted at no additional cost up to June 30, 2025.

Substitutions must be communicated in writing with the details of the new attendee.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct to ensure a respectful and safe environment.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Content Ownership: All content presented at the Event, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is the property of the respective authors and LIW.

Use of Content: Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or display Event content without prior written consent.

Photography and Recording

• By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. LIW may use such media for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the registration desk upon arrival.

Liability
