• Provision of a visa letter by LIW does not guarantee visa approval, which is made at the sole discretion of the government of the event’s host country.

• Visa letter requests should be  well in advance to account for processing times.

• You must be a registered attendee, speaker, sponsor, or exhibitor at LIW for the event before requesting a visa letter. Proof of registration or participation is required.

• LIW processes most visa letter requests in (3) business days. Please complete the form below as accurately as possible. Failure to do so may result in a delay to the typical processing time.

• Some countries in which LIW holds events require a local organization to provide a visa invitation letter. Thus, LIW must use a local third party to process letter requests from time to time. By completing the form below, you are authorizing LIW to share your details with third party vendors as needed to process your invitation request.

• Receipt of a visa letter does not, on its own, guarantee entry to the event nor does it act as verification of health status or as a vaccination passport. This invitation does not financially obligate LIW or its organizers in any way. All expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Check with your local British Embassy or Consulate for additional required documents.

Our attendees’ health and safety remain our top priority as we continue to monitor COVID-19 and look to local, the NHS, and WHO guidelines to make the best and most informed decisions around onsite safety and requirements.

• Recommend but not require event participants to wear masks at in-person events.

• Require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for in-person entry.

• Conduct daily ID checks and issue badge stickers confirming entry requirements for vaccines and testing have been met.

• Allow food & beverage to be consumed in all spaces at in-person events including the exhibit hall, keynote room and conference rooms.

• Sanitize all speaker microphones between sessions, onsite cleaning and sanitizing of all touch points. and make on-site testing options available to in-person event attendees.

• Event signage indicating required health and safety protocols.

• Personal hand sanitizer bottles and wipes available for participants
